Payment Methods
Bank transfer only. Products listed by sword dealers are paid by direct transfer to the listing dealer's designated account.
Delivery Time
Shipment occurs after payment confirmation; approximately 3-5 business days domestic, 7-14 business days international (or as otherwise indicated on the product page).
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, limited to unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If a product materially differs from its certificate of authenticity description, we or the listing dealer will provide a refund or exchange at our expense.
Cancellation
Cancellation is accepted prior to shipment. After shipment, the returns policy above applies.
