These terms apply to all use of the website and services provided by M-Assets Co., Ltd., operating TOUKENZA. All members and users of this site agree to and use the service subject to these terms.
In these terms, "this site" refers to the sword marketplace operated by us; "member" means an individual registered through the prescribed procedures; "sword dealer" means a business operator approved by us to list products; and "products" means swords, sword fittings, and related items listed on this site.
Members must register with accurate information. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords. We are not liable for unauthorized use by third parties. Users may withdraw at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice in case of violation of these terms.
This site is a marketplace where registered sword dealers list products. Sales contracts between listing sword dealers and buyers are concluded directly between them; we provide the transaction platform and act as intermediary. Primary responsibility for product quality, authenticity, and delivery rests with the listing sword dealer; we strive for appropriate operation.
We strive for accuracy in listed product information, but photographs and actual items may differ in color and texture. The presence and content of certificates of authenticity are determined by the information displayed on each product page.
Payment is by bank transfer only. Products listed by sword dealers are a direct transaction paid to the listing dealer's designated bank account. Additional charges such as shipping and insurance fees may apply.
Products are shipped after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page or checkout screen. We make appropriate efforts to ensure proper packaging and insurance coverage during transit.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, limited to unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. However, if a product materially differs from its certificate of authenticity description, we or the listing sword dealer will cover return costs and arrange a refund or exchange.
Users must not engage in conduct that violates law or these terms, register false information, infringe on third-party rights, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct transactions in violation of Japan's Firearms and Swords Control Law or other applicable laws.
Intellectual property rights in text, images, logos, design data, and other content on this site are owned by us or the proper rights holder. Reproduction, republication, modification, or commercial use without authorization from the rights holder is prohibited.
Users and sword dealers represent and warrant that they do not qualify as, and have no relationship with, organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. If such a violation is discovered, we may suspend your use of the site without notice.
While we strive to ensure accuracy and usefulness of site content and services, we do not guarantee them. Compliance with legal regulations of all applicable countries, including those of origin, is your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these terms as necessary. Modified terms become effective upon publication on this site and apply to all subsequent use.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sendai District Court as the court of first instance.
